To get an even and nice color that lasts a long time, the right preparations and aftercare are essential,
whether you are applying self-bronzer at home or doing a spray tan.

If you want to wax/shave, do it no later than 48 hours before bronzing. This helps the pores to close and reduces the risk of color settling into the pores. It is alright to self-tan and spray tan with beard growth on the face.
Scrub and moisturize the skin 24 hours prior, to make your bronzing both attach and diminish more evenly. Give a little extra love to especially dry areas such as elbows, knees, ankles and any dry spots.
Apply on clean and dry skin without makeup, deodorant and avoid having products that contain oils on the body.
Our products and spray tan liquids are quick-drying and fast-activating, which means that you can shower off the excess color already after 1-6 hours.
The most common is to wait about 5 hours before the first shower - then you get a lot of pigment but still a natural result.
We do not recommend wearing the product for more than 6 hours, as the color can "overdevelop" and crackle on the skin.
Wear dark, loose clothing and loose-fitting shoes after spray tan. Tight clothing and underwear can cause marks. The excess color may leave stains on your clothes, but it goes away in the laundry.
Don't worry!
After your bronzing, shower without soap in lukewarm water for about 2-3 minutes. The excess brown color then drains off, while the pigments in the bronzer are activated and then deepen in the coming hours. Pat the skin dry. Do not rub or scrub the skin.
Do not use shower cream/oil, shampoo or exfoliating products for the first 24 hours after treatment. However, the more moisturized the skin is the better. Use body lotion daily after using
bronzing products.
